Level

Gain enough and you'll level up your garage. You'll see a screen with balloons and bonus and . You can also pop the balloons for a few extra.

The total XP per level needed increases as you get higher in level. After level 91 there will be a more steep increase.

At certain levels new cars will be unlocked or made available.

The maximum reachable level is currently 181 and the maximum achievable exp is 2.15B.

Pay attention not to click on "Quit" or "Ok & Share" on the bottom before collecting your bonus resources for leveling up! If you do, you'll miss out on those rewards. Also, be sure to use most of your donuts to increase the XP of your workers before you level up. Your level up rewards are lost if they'd bring you above your maximum capacity, but the balloon donuts can bring you above your maximum.

Selling Cars

To gain the maxiumum from selling cars, raise the sale price to the maximum and add as many Addons as you have researched. The XP gained when you sell the car is determined by the final sale price of the car. So instead of 1K, you might get 4K if you add all addons. When selling a vehicle you are granted 5% of the cash value in XP, i.e. sell for $1M = 50,000 XP.
